Normal sessions can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the session. If rescheduled after this, a fee will apply, unless it’s due to weather. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the session; after that, the remaining balance will be invoiced. Cancellations before this time will result in the loss of the retainer.

Weddings can be canceled up to 12 weeks before the date. The retainer is non-refundable unless I cancel. If I cancel less than 8 weeks prior, I’ll help find a new photographer and transfer funds. Wedding reschedules can be made up to 4 months before the date without a fee, if available. Less than 4 months requires a rescheduling fee. If I’m unavailable for the new date, the retainer won’t be refunded. It’s best to confirm availability before rescheduling!
